Why Do You Need Free Medical Billing Software?
All of us are aware of the escalating costs caused by ever
changing regulatory, insurance, legal and technology environments.
FreeMedicalBilling.Net announces our solution to this industry-wide problem:
Providers subscribing to our service receive
FreeMedicalBilling.Net software free over the Internet. Additional features are as follows:
Claim Follow Up System
Outstanding medical claims are displayed 24x7x365 over the
Internet in traditional 30-60-90 day formats.
Claims are also sliced and diced in several other formats to facilitate
maximum collection by the billing staff.
For instance, all claims outstanding for thirty days are segregated in
one report so the staff can concentrate on contacting the carrier about these
claims without being distracted by other categories of outstanding claims. The Problem Claim report displays any
electronically filed claim that did not make it to the carrier allowing the
billing staff to fix and resend these claims immediately. There are 19 distinct follow up reports that
provide a no excuse environment to aid and promote quick resolution of
outstanding claims.
Claim Follow Up Online Documentation
Each time a claim is touched by the billing staff, a note
can be logged into the claim providing documentation and history as the claim
cycles through the collection process.
Explanation of Benefit (EOB) documents and other pertinent information
can be scanned and attached to the claim as supporting evidence of collection
activities. This kind of claim history
provides an instant record of collection activity for practice management to
review at any time.
Windows Point & Click Technology
FreeMedicalBilling.Net free medical practice software is
delivered over the Internet free. The
technology is Microsoft and is delivered through a combination of remote
